HindSight IT was set-up in September 2000 by Rob Edmunds, Previously Rob had worked for NTL as IT Support Supervisor and played an integral role in the Setup and Running of NTL`s National Consumer Services Callcenter. Rob then went on to work for IBM as a Field Based Project Engineer working for many large Blue-Chip companies accross the UK such as Lloyds TSB, Case New Holland, Pfizer and Thompson Tours to name but a few.
Since Setting up, HindSight IT has provided services to numerous new business startups, as well as many established companies.

Cost
The price we quote is the price you pay! Our Pricing is based on the estimated time to complete the job + Hardware/Software costs – if we take longer to complete the job you do not pay more! Our callout rate for the first hour is £45 & VAT with subsequent time onsite agreed in advance at either an hourly rate or a “Per Job” Fixed Price.

Contract Customers benefit from 24/7 availability, we support you regardless of your location (In the Office, On Site with a Client or Working from Home) no matter what time of day or night – Hospitality Industry Clients benefit from support availability during their busiest times (5:30pm-02:00am) so if your EPOS System fails in the middle of an exclusive wedding or party night we are on hand to support you immediately.
